The traditional and formal education system is not fulfilling the demand of present situation of the nation tip compete with unemployment and Technology parameters. The whole system needs hand on practical and skilled work to implement and develope ideas of Technology into real life and provide more job opportunities the youth.So I recommend the industrial training courses as the practical training traits for the young generation who want to fulfill their dreams and make it reality. They should this not be depend on their parents and must be independent by fair earning and explore themselves. Mansa area is known as a backward area due to less number of education and Technical institutions. The only institution providing technical education in this area was the government ITI Budhlada, so to fill this gap and to provide higher technical education to the students of the area, the technically educated members of the area registered a society "Engineers Education Welfare Society Mansa".
This is society established Engineers ITI Mansa in 2003. Which is located just 50 Meters right on Barnala road from Mansa kanchian and has been running successfully since 2003. We were the first in Mansa district at that time who opened Technical Institute to trained the students. Seeing The enthusiasm among the children of the area to the to take technical education
